January 18, 2013 the reform plenary session for the new leading group was held at the employee activity center, announcing that Yuping Guan served as GM and Dejun Yin served as factory director. A specific plan for the future of Gaoxin has been made at the meeting and all new leaders are in great confidence to lead a more and more promising development of Gaoxin.
